「M端吸底悬浮」位于「开启评论/回复输入」之后，仅上一项开启时显示；默认开启，存量页面自动视为开启。三个编辑场景共用同一份评论组件属性配置，均出现该开关。
PC 端通用对照视图：各页面（落地页组件页 / 内容浏览页 / 共创项目详情 / Discover+ 详情弹框）的 PC 端评论展示均不受本次调整影响，「M端吸底悬浮」开关仅控制 M 端。切换右上角「M端」查看移动端效果（内含页面场景切换）。
